Event Description
User Dr. Sarah Ahmed attempted to access patient record PAT-1005762 which is outside of assigned department. This access violates policy as Dr. Sarah (Cardiology) attempted to access records of a patient from Orthopedics department without proper authorization or referral in the system. The access was automatically blocked by the security policy and the event was logged as critical.
